Firing employees
Although evil bosses relish the opportunity to fire people, most people avoid this at all costs. It takes tact to fire someone without endangering your health. It is worth putting some thought into dismissing your workers, especially considering the infringements that result in you needing to take action. This article will give you some general advice on the issue.
Firing lazy workers
Perpetual slackers need to be pulled up or pulled out. Undoubtedly the best technique is the peek-a-boo. This involves leopard crawling and sneaking up on them, getting really close to them, and then when you are right next to them, shouting, "peek-a-boo!" This works exceptionally well if they are on Facebook or if they are on a phone call to their mother.
When you have successfully administered a peek-a-boo you will need to clearly draw a line in the sand and say that two more peek-a-boos that catch them out will result in a dismissal. This is also vital for increasing the fun levels, as the employee will live in dread of the peek-a-boo man! Oh, what fun.
Firing people for committing harassment
There can be a bit of a hassle caused by harassment in the office. It is ok to harass in the sense of pestering your staff to work harder, but this is the only kind of harassment you should do. If there is a sexual harassment perpetrator you need to deal with him asap. This little choo-choo needs to stop in its tracks.
A taste of his own medicine will probably help cure the pest. If you have a guy in your office pestering all the pretty girls, why not hire a big strong manly looking lady to sit next to your pest man. She should call him sweet cheeks, and give him a slap on the bum from time to time. You might pester him into quiting. Winner.
Remember that the best firing is a fun firing. This is probably not the way HR professionals would work, and if you know that, you may get a job on Simply HR jobs.
